The agreement between you and us when you use this site, buy something, or take a course. Plain language, no traps.

Use the site and the free practices freely. Do not resell or republish our material. Digital purchases are refundable within 14 days. Practising is your own responsibility, read the Disclaimer.
Agreement
By using porebreathing.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by SOLANCHA Media Group, LLC. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Using the site
You may read, practise with, and share links to anything published here. You may not scrape the site, interfere with its operation, misrepresent yourself as us, or use the material to train commercial machine-learning systems without written permission.
What belongs to us
All text, images, diagrams, audio, video, and course material on this site are owned by SOLANCHA Media Group, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. "Pore Breathing" and the pore breathing method are ours.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial extracts, sell or redistribute the material, or teach it commercially as your own. Teaching it in your own practice requires the certification path, write to us.
Purchases
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and may change. Orders are processed by Shopify; your purchase is also subject to the payment provider's terms.
Digital products and courses. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for your own practice. Do not share your access, download and redistribute the files, or post them elsewhere.
Refunds. Digital products and courses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, email us and we will process it. Physical items may be returned unused within 14 days; you cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Availability. We aim to keep purchased material available, but we may retire or replace a course. If we withdraw something you paid for and you have not had reasonable access to it, we will refund you.
Giving us your address for a free resource also adds you to our list, so we can tell you when new practices, the book, or the course arrive. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one click removes you. See the Privacy Policy.
Practice and responsibility
Everything here is educational. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and no outcome is promised. You are responsible for how you practise and for deciding whether it is appropriate for you. The full terms of that are in the Disclaimer, which forms part of this agreement.
Limits of liability
The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, SOLANCHA Media Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the practices, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Other sites
We link to books, sources, and services we think are worth your time, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOLANCHA Media Group, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Consumers keep the protections of their local law.
