If it isn't for you, tell us
A practice you don't want to do is worth nothing to either of us. Here is exactly how refunds work, per product.
THE SHORT VERSION
The course carries a 14-day guarantee: email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, no explanation required. The Living Crystal can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. The book is bought from Amazon, so Amazon's policy governs it, not ours.
The course and other digital products
Every course purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. Within that window you may request a full refund for any reason, including simply deciding the practice is not for you. You do not need to justify the request, and you do not need to have completed anything.
WHAT QUALIFIES
- Any course purchase, within 14 days, in full.
- A duplicate or accidental charge, at any time.
- Content you paid for and could not access, where we could not resolve it.
WHAT DOES NOT
- Requests made after the 14-day window has closed.
- Live cohort sessions or one-to-one time already delivered.
- Repeat purchases of a product previously refunded to the same account.
Refunded course access ends when the refund is issued. Where a purchase was made in instalments, the guarantee applies to amounts paid and cancels any instalments still scheduled.
The Living Crystal and other physical products
Physical products are sold and fulfilled through our Shopify store and follow different rules, because something has to come back. You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is yours to cover unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it and replace or refund at your choice.
Tell us about damage in transit within 7 days of delivery, with a photograph, and we will make it right without asking you to ship the item back. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is our error.
The book
The book is a retail purchase from Amazon, in print or Kindle. Amazon processes the payment, ships the copy, and handles returns and refunds under its own policy, we are not able to refund a book we did not sell you. Use the Returns & Orders section of your Amazon account, or Amazon's customer service, and they will resolve it quickly. We mention this plainly because it is the question we are asked most.
How to request a refund
Email hello@porebreathing.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order number. One line is enough, "please refund my course purchase" will do. You may also use the contact form.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency. The final posting time is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Cancelling a subscription
Where a product is billed on a recurring basis, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself refund the current period. If you want the current period refunded as well, say so in the same email.
Statutory rights, where your local law grants them, are unaffected by anything on this page. Nothing here limits consumer protections you are entitled to.
