PORE. BREATHING.
Meditation, Breathwork, and Energywork
Learn how to breathe energy into your body, balance into your emotions, clarity into your mind, and light into your spirit.
WHAT IS PORE BREATHING
Pore breathing is an energy meditation practice that combines breathwork and energywork for sensing and balancing life force energy in the human biofield, supporting physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Where other meditations focus on the breath, a mantra, or an image, pore breathing focuses on energy itself.

ENERGY MEDITATION: AN OBJECT YOU CAN FEEL
A meditation you can feel
Meditation is usually taught as a mental exercise, sit down, focus, stop thinking. Pore breathing treats stillness as an energetic condition instead. The breath and energywork feed and settle the body; the life force you can actually feel becomes the object your attention rests on, held in the hands, then observed, then inhabited, then expanded into a field. This is energy meditation: you learn to focus on the felt life force itself, resting your awareness on it rather than straining toward it.

What the first sitting commonly feels like
Faint is normal. Most people notice one or two of these in their first ten minutes, and the sensations sharpen with repetition, not effort.

THE HUMAN BIOFIELD
Your energy body, mapped
The Biofield is the dynamic field of subtle energy that surrounds and permeates the human body, a bridge between the physical body and the mind, emotions, and spirit. Often described as the “energy body” or “aura,” it includes the electromagnetic fields generated by the heart, brain, and nervous system, as well as more subtle energetic flows mapped by ancient systems like chakras and meridians.
Pore breathing trains this field directly, building energetic sensitivity, circulation, and balance until vitality, emotional clarity, and deeper stillness follow on their own.
01 · THE FLOW
The Torus
A self-renewing loop. Life force rises through the central channel, fountains from the crown, wraps the body, and returns through the feet, entering through every pore of the skin.
02 · THE STORES
Three bodies, three centers
Along the central channel, three storage centers gather and hold life force, one each for the mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Mind, emotion, and body, fed by a single breath.
03 · THE GATES
The seven chakras
Seven spinning vortices from crown to root regulate how energy enters, circulates, and expresses through the body, the gates the practice learns to open and balance.

What is Pore Breathing?
Pore breathing is an energy meditation practice that combines breathwork and energywork for sensing and balancing life force energy in the human biofield, supporting physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Where other meditations focus on the breath, a mantra, or an image, pore breathing focuses on energy itself.
Is it the same as breathwork?
Breathwork works mainly through breathing patterns that shift physiology and state. Pore Breathing goes further, it trains direct awareness and regulation of subtle energy itself, through the whole surface of the body. It doesn't replace breathwork; it deepens it.
Is it just visualization?
No. Many practices lead with visualization, and imagination tends to override perception. Pore Breathing reverses the order: sensation comes first. You learn to feel warmth, pressure, and density directly. Imagery only ever serves what the body already confirms is there.
Is Pore Breathing safe?
Yes. It is gentle, gradual, and self-paced. Unlike extreme breathwork, it doesn't stress the nervous system. You work within your comfort, grounding before expanding, step by step.
